Return Policy

We take great care in preparing and shipping your artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the description, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.

Return Window

  • You have 5 days from receipt of your artwork to request a return or credit toward another purchase.
  • All returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packing materials.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Customers will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
  • Custom orders and custom framing are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged Items in Transit

In the rare event your artwork is damaged in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately upon delivery.
  2. Keep all packing materials and take clear photographs of the damaged item and box.
  3. These photos are required for us to file a shipping claim.
  4. We will provide you with next steps once we receive your notification.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.
  • International orders: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may exceed the original shipping charges.
