Return Policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping your artwork. If your piece arrives damaged or does not match the description, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
Return Window
- You have 5 days from receipt of your artwork to request a return or credit toward another purchase.
- All returns must be initiated within this timeframe.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packing materials.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as a 20% restocking fee.
- Customers will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.
- Custom orders and custom framing are final sale and not eligible for return.
Damaged Items in Transit
In the rare event your artwork is damaged in transit:
- Contact us immediately upon delivery.
- Keep all packing materials and take clear photographs of the damaged item and box.
- These photos are required for us to file a shipping claim.
- We will provide you with next steps once we receive your notification.
Additional Notes
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.
- International orders: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may exceed the original shipping charges.
